Overview

The team strength of Mondjila Project Advisory and Management is a highly experienced professional staff supported by a battery of seasoned subject matter experts (SMEs) with a extensive experience in the areas of creating PPP Enabling Frameworks, providing PPP Transaction Advisory across infrastructure sectors, creating infrastructure financing mechanisms for PPP projects, PPP capacity building, PPP Contract Management, advising on sector reforms and strategies across infrastructure sectors, supporting development of National Infrastructure Plans and Policies, implementation of multi-year government programs across infrastructure projects, advisory on process improvements for public and private sector clients including cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives, developing Business Plans for corporate entities, developing tools and knowledge products for screening, prioritization, preparation, and procurement of infrastructure projects across infrastructure sectors.

We have successfully identified, screened, and done pre-feasibilities on over 40 projects for the Namibian Government across various sectors including.

Our approach to infrastructure PPP projects is based on ensuring maximum value is retained by our clients. To this end, our organisation recommends developing PPP projects in 3 phases.

By splitting PPP projects in this manner, it ensures that project ideas and concepts can we assessed at a minimum cost, prior to detailed feasibilities. This process also ensures that should major deal breakers exist on a project, they are identified early enough in the project development life cycle.

We provide end-to-end PPP advisory to clients including advice on creating PPP enabling environment, PPP transaction advisory, post bid contract management, and PPP capacity building.

As a part advisory services for creating the PPP enabling environment, we support our clients in structuring the PPP Policy, the Institutional Framework for PPPs, the Legal and Regulatory Framework governing PPPs, the Standard Operating Procedures to structure bankable and viable PPPs, and the Best Practices for PPP Contract Management.
